İade Politikamız
Yurtiçi müşterilerimiz Satın aldığı ürün veya hizmeti İade kargo ücreti tarafınıza ait olmakla birlikte 14 gün içerisinde aşağıdaki koşullara bağlı olarak iade edebilirsiniz ;
* Kullanılmış, zarar görmüş, bandrolü sökülmüş veya parçası eksilmiş ürünler yeniden satışa uygun olmayacağı için iadesi kabul edilmez.
* 14 günü geçmiş ürünler kabul edilmez.
* Toz ve Gaz Maskeleri insan sağlığını doğrudan etkileyen ürünler olduğu için iadesi hiç bir koşulda kabul edilmez.
İade talepleriniz yukarıdaki koşullar haricinde direkt olarak onaylanacaktır. Ücret iadeniz Kart ile ödeme yaptıysanız ilgili kartınıza, havale ile ödeme yaptıysanız ileteceğiniz Banka hesabınıza 7(YEDİ) iş günü içersinde iade edilecektir.

Our Return Policy
Our overseas customers can return the product or service they purchased within 14 days, subject to the following conditions, although the return shipping fee is your responsibility.
*Products that are used, damaged, have their banderol removed or have missing parts cannot be returned as they will not be suitable for resale.
*Products older than 14 days are not accepted.
*Since Dust and Gas Masks are products that directly affect human health, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Your refund requests will be approved directly, except for the above conditions. If you paid by card, your refund will be refunded to your relevant card, if you paid by money transfer, it will be refunded to your bank account within 7 (SEVEN) business days.
